Our Story
The ministry began over 23 years ago in the Browns’ living room in Lorman, Mississippi, with just a small group of believers gathering to worship and grow. Since then, Raining Manna has grown into a thriving church family now worshipping in a beautiful facility in Fayette, Mississippi. Under their leadership, the ministry continues to expand in reach and impact, shaping lives through love, transformation, and spiritual growth.

Drs. Michael and Faye Brown are the visionary lead pastors of Raining Manna Christian Center. Together, they bring over 20 years of leadership experience in public school administration, blending spiritual insight with educational expertise to empower families, students, and communities.
Pastor Michael Brown
Dr. Michael Brown holds multiple degrees, including:
B.S. in Elementary Education with a minor in Biblical Studies – Atlanta Christian College
M.S. in Athletic Administration – Alcorn State University
Ed.S. in Education – Jackson State University
Doctorate in Organizational Leadership – Nova Southeastern University
He is a powerful teacher and leader who believes in excellence, order, and equipping the saints for every good work.
Pastor Faye Brown
Dr. Faye Brown is a dedicated educator and counselor with the following credentials:

M.S. in Counseling – Alcorn State University
Ed.S. in Educational Leadership – Jackson State University
Doctorate in Educational Leadership – William Carey University
She is known for her heart-centered approach to leadership, prayer, and nurturing the next generation in faith and wisdom.
Together, they’ve been married for over 33 years, blessed with three sons—Christian, Nicolas, and Matthew—and are proud grandparents of Brooklyn and Bria. Their union is a testament to faith, family, and unwavering commitment.
